ABOUT US

Dynamus Capital was founded in 2021 by Robert Clark and Matthew Roos to seek out high-performing real estate investment opportunities across the Southeast. Eric Tall joined as a partner in early 2022 bringing additional investment expertise and deal-sourcing capabilities to enhance the company's early growth trajectory.

Over the previous 9 years, Matt, Eric and Robert worked in a variety of investment and executive roles at The RADCO Companies where they were directly involved in the sourcing, underwriting, capitalization and closing of over 80 properties totaling more than $2 billion of investment basis. Additionally, Matt and Robert served on both RADCO's Investment Committee and Board of Directors, gaining extensive experience in identifying and evaluating quality investment opportunities and strategic planning for the firm.

In 2018 Matt, Eric and Robert were founding partners in RADCO Ventures, a company created to place equity in new developments with quality partners. Over it's first 2+ years, Ventures placed over $85 million across 10 investments. The success of the platform was largely due to forming strong partnerships and the ability to creatively solve for the needs of developers by offering pref equity, LP and co-GP investments.

Dynamus Capital was created in response to two primary factors across the real estate investment sector. First, unprecedented amounts of institutional capital has been raised for real estate investment as investors seek out yield. The excess capital has created a hyper-competitive market and driven cap rates to historic lows for large-scale assets. Second, the last decade has shown a consistent movement of jobs and people to the southeastern US. This trend was amplified during the COVID-19 pandemic and will continue as the economy reopens and seeks a "new normal". We believe strong opportunity exists to meet the needs of new and growing demand in the Southeast, and capitalizing on it will require being nimble, creative and dynamic.
